True that ' ' We're Irish Catholics from East Tyrone🇮🇪 November 3rd 2018 my mammy was buring her sister so as Catholics we bring our loved one's home for the last night ' coffin open old rebel songs sang & the tin flute 🪈 out ' well my brother arrives home from Glasgow Scotland, there was a small gathering only maybe 150 /200 in the home ' so he goes upstairs gets a shower goes for a sleep my mammy sent me to wake him up ! He was dead ' I remember the shock my mammy is a sorry was a nurse & my brother 6hours after arriving home left again. So the next morning she buried her sister & 12 days later she buries her only son, now we go to July 2019 my fiancé his best friend drives his jeep into a tree he took his life. Then October 2019 my fiancé had a massive brain stroke during the night & in the morning he was rushed to hospital and put on life-support for 6 hours before I said take him off it, then we get to 17th January 2021 my mammy had a massive heart attack on her sleep she was 55 yrs old . I'm lost I don't know who to grieve for & still can't understand why God would do me like that. ❤

Wish someone would come up with an easier way to find doctors who have skills to deal with patients with IDD . I have myself IDD but can't find a doctor that I get along with another thing I hate is when I'm in pain doctors say on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad is it i don't know I just know I'm in pain and they'll say just give a number it will be a lie because I don't know how bad the pain is

I’m a veteran rated 70% ptsd, and I would just like the VA nurses to treat me with basic respect, and to actually see me for everything my primary sends me for. 4+ years now PT has refused to see me because I could not wear a mask, and I have children. Aka… I’m denied care.

Was assaulted and almost jumped had it not been for an old lady holding on to my arm stopping them. I reported the incident the next morning to the manager and she voiced she was cheering them on hoping more would of happened and threaten me with eviction only been there 6 months and didn’t have any strikes against me. She voiced when I got the apartment anything happens I would automatically be at fault. Since she broke the contract and failed to keep tenants safe I left but she is playing it off as if I left for no reason.

Child advocates have become too powerful in divorce cases. The losing party has to pay their bill, which can cost more than attorneys. It sounds noble and I'm all about protecting children, but these people have amassed to much power. Check out what happened in St. Louis a few years ago. Peace to all.

All of the grassroots are easily in hand and have any seeming forward movement dispersed. Without knowing the nuts and bolts of control which is totally closed there cannot be real change.

I'm sorry, what?!! The lady on the right clearly has an alcohol problem, that she is proud of, and the message here seems to be "I tried to cut back but that was a mistake". Like, you're telling me that because I have a disabled child, I need to drink heavily? And you're advocating drinking until late and then driving? This is appalling. My daughter need me to be present, not off my head all day. What a poor message indeed. Shame on you.

It was a pleasure watching, listening and learning from your perspectives what thriving means to you while raising a child with special needs. I am a father of 2 typical adult sons and one special needs adult son. My wife of 35 yrs and I have found thriving as you've described here to have its peeks and valleys. To us we also found when we placed our hands on the steering wheel of either of our sons journeys and encouraged them to do the same btw, including my youngest son Mario (born Down syndrome) thriving meant come-alivinging.
