The game seems fun but with keyboard controls it's eh, controller support is in this game though wouldn't recommend using the built in controller option as the cursor control during combat will break enjoyment cause the cursor will be moving all over your screen like a mosquito or a moth that has invaded your room and then accident pauses cause the cursor ended up in the top right corner of the screen and you press a *beep* button.

Don't care much for the character's clothing design, literally makes me think of Vergil sword combat and Dante Gun Combat. I might give game a chance depending on characters.

A lot of explosions but was wondering if the one ship that exploded when it was counting down, that was one of your ships I take it?

Yeah. I transferred my Marines off of the Destroyer and onto the nearby Frigate, then beamed myself over to the bridge of the Destroyer that they captured and activated the self-destruct sequence. My Marines accomplished the mission and took out the Pirate Leader, so I had little use for that Destroyer.

Thanks Commander! I see your emotion chip is functioning well within established parameters. :P In all seriousness though, I really appreciate the support! This is my favorite game series of all time, so I just can't get enough of it! :D If you haven't seen it yet, I uploaded this around the same time: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5WwpIOoZdJpotE I captured a Destroyer during a battle with a fleet of pirates. I think that's my favorite one so far. I had a ton of fun both playing and recording it!

It's the Helicopter Minigun firing sound from the original Modern Warfare 3 (2011). There's two sounds. One for firing it yourself, and another that is heard from a distance. I used the latter for the watchtowers. The former was used for the GDI AA guns.

Stpid and sensual game , I forgot how many years I spend playing this one from TC to AP damn good game , I remember using the X3 Editor to put a 0 on their hp to get longer battles , for example an Argon M5 ship with 1200 hull now will have 12k of hull and for bigger ships with 1M hull now they have 10M , was a good way to use bigger fleets and really enjoyable :p

They're the Phased Array Laser Cannons that are already in the game. I changed the fire-rate and damage output with the X3 Editor. As for why they're red, I use this mod: forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=309777 It gives every beam weapon a unique appearance. I got tired of the same generic white look for every beam weapon in the game. There's an updated download link on the last page of that topic.

Do you use an Nvidia gfx card? If so, have you experienced an issue were the bloom effect flickers on/off?

I use an older Nvidia card. That being said, I haven't experienced the flicker that you speak of.
