What I am requesting is which if any commissioners agree with Anne Mangiardi. The key points by Mangiardi are: a) Megan Clark made statements I believe to be false. [This statement is inaccurate. Megan Clark has a pattern of attempting to mislead the court in every filing. Any of you commission members can verify this from Ingrid Barrier since she is in the office of Phil Weiser.] b) You allege judge Lindsey committed a violation when she entered an order in my case. [This statement is inaccurate. I didn't allege that entering an order is violation.] c) Your RFE does not allege sufficient grounds. [This is an unsupported allegation. A proper analysis references and discusses evidence.] d) Your allegations involve subject matter that is not in the jurisdiction of the Commission. [This statement is inaccurate. Any statement or action by a judge that reasonably undermines public trust in the integrity of the judiciary is within your jurisdiction.] Put more directly, the JDC Director is paid to analyze and comment on evidence. The failure to do that undermines public trust in the judiciary. Professional and objective addresses the allegations one by one. The key points here which you can verify with Marquez and Boatright are: a) There is no evidence Dea Lindsey even read my complaint. b) No component of her order complies with paid duties articulated in CRS 13-5.5-107. c) She signed an extreme injunction containing no evidence, written by a lawyer with a pattern of attempting to mislead the court in every filing. That can be confirmed from Weiser and Boulder DA Dougherty. d) She violated ABA and Colorado legislature Access to Justice policy by denying me even a preliminary hearing to cross examine false statements by defense.
