Rick, Billy and David Stanly were 3 great looking men. When their mother was young, she was pretty too. Their father was George Pattons bodyguard. Dee, their mother, divorced their father and married Vernon, Elvis father. I heard Rick Stanley preach at a local church, where he autographed a book for me. Rick changed his life around and quit drugs with the help of Robin Moye, who became his wife. Rick was living in Florida. It took Elvis dying for Rick to clean up his act, and accepted Christ as his savior.

@@dianawalker1622 Robyn Stanley (if you're going to enlighten people at least spell her name correctly) was divorced from Ricky around 2013, they lost everything including their house. Because Ricky got back on heroin and went to rehab spent all their money on it. He left her with nothing so she had to go back home to Florida to live with her mother. Tell the whole story good and bad. Ricky died in 2019 January the 7th. He died from liver failure of contracting hepatitis c from sharing needles back in the 1970s. But he relapsed several times even while he was in the ministry his wife got tired of the double life.

I did know Robyn and the youngest daughter had very high medical bills, and their house was going to go into foreclosure. Yes, I knew he had relapsed, as many ex drug addicts do. My understanding is he backsliding but then got right with God. Both his daughters were with him at his death. Hopefully he and Elvis are together again.

@dianawalker1622 Dee Stanley was never pretty. Cheap looking. That Stanley family are well known to be liars. Liars always hide behind religion. Elvis disliked stepmom but treated the stepbrothers well. That's just who Elvis was. Too kind and generous. Dee Stanley and sons all wrote books after Elvis died. They lie and fantasize. They were not to be believed or respected.

Heavy drugs my @#$! Elvis’s health was not good. Doctors said he would have died earlier without the medication he took. He did not have colon cancer, his colon didn’t function normally.

I remember seeing Elvis the last time he played Philly. He stepped forward at the end of the show and kicks this hippie type kid on the edge of the stage. I realized later that he was there on purpose. I think to make sure nobody jumped up onto the stage.
