yes, you play 3rd frett g string and then 15th frett d string... i know its in drop b but you know what i mean

One thing to note, "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" wasn't even the first Beatles song to use a drop D tuning, nor was "Dear Prudence" - their cover of Buck Owens' "Act Naturally" on the Help! album uses drop D (and so does Buck's original).
