This video was extremely informative for me, I've been dealing with porn addiction for many years, and hearing these perspectives from the women's side is very helpful, I know I need the grace of Jesus. Having been in recovery for bout 7 years, I know when the time comes in my future marriage this will need to be gone, but I'm not there yet. I actually had just separated from my husband in the same house emotionally. For a long time my husband and I have been sleeping in separate rooms because he has issues with snoring and I have issues of being such a light sleeper that even with earplugs I can hear and feel the bed Rising on each snore. So it has been feeling like we have been strangers for a long time in our home he's really not much a touchy-feely and sometimes he is but mainly when he wants something. My husband and I have been married for 9 years this year and we have gone to a counselor a new one every year not counting pastors we've talked to. My husband is addicted to videogames my husband is addicted to marijuana my husband is addicted to p*** and he has gotten better at hiding and I have found out every time he's gotten more creative even in the area of watching girls on roller coasters with their boobs falling out just to satisfy his fantasies and he does make excuses I guess his way to keep me. I need help with boundaries I don't have the money for no seminars or the counselors after nine years don't you think I'm broke. This video kind of helps me I need to be able to step away so I can get my mind clear wish I had friends wished I had the money for a resort of some kind I have to work 9 to 5 and my job is stressful as it is. Even though we're separated in the house as of Saturday he just doesn't own up to reality he smokes his marijuana his attitude is all well this'll pass she's just mad that she caught me again likewise my husband has no friends we are very not that we want to be social we just are in our late 40s we do not have children our charge is so small that we have just our pastor and a few men like maybe one or two my husband is a boy man even give the excuse as well I was diagnosed with being socially and emotionally handicapped.

15 yrs ago he got a computer. That’s when he suddenly stated he had ED and cannot perform. But he can for others with hook ups that are recorded on flash drives which he denies even though he is performing in them and his genitals are obviously performing. How insane. Sex is not for us. He is forever damaged.

It’s like living with a zombie. And they cannot wait until you go on retreat. They can escalate to acting out beyond porn. They need constant variety.

These men will go to any length to fulfill their lust for young girls whether in porn or in real life. It doesn't matter if they are married or not. They feel that there is nothing wrong with it since they are not touching the girl. Once you start policing your husband you be in for a lot of stress and unhappiness. I would turn this over to God and let him take care of it for you. What matters is you being a happy mom for your kids.

I have forgiven him openly many times. I am tired of false penance, when he has no shame to watch it in front of me. Is he blind, or does he think that it doesn't quite cross the line of infidelity, because it's " just an animation/ cartoon." Why am I told by other women at my church that I am being controlling and judgemental when it is clearly worsening our relationship? The Bible says that a husband will not spare in the day of jealousy, and will avenge himself on anyone who even so much as touches his wife, swiftly.. So, why is it acceptable to put a weight of shame on women who are obviously concerned, in pain and desperate already? We are desperate, sadly enough, not just for our own comfort and safety to feel appropriately cared for and loved as we should be, an instead, are more often than not, concerned for our husbands' well being, and the healing of his soul, our marriage and the salvation of our marriages. Then, outside sources, although well-meaning, cross the line by self righteous judgement without all the facts. Very dangerous for intimate relationship healing.

the triggers your talking about are mind control programming triggers. All sexual/porn addicts are Dissociative (DID) underneath the primary layers of consciousness. When you approach porn addition through any other lens all you do is cope. The brain physically changes from watching porn. it takes at least two years to reshape the mind and it’s a tough journey.....

His porn addiction ended in unprotected infidelity... I feel so trashy... going to the lab for a full STD tests, banned restaurants that I loved before just because the moron wasn’t creative and decided to be with her in my favorite places. I only talked about it to one friend and since then she is been distant with me. I feel so alone. My head is blocked, I couldn’t concentrate in my work so I stopped working. I’m not the same person I was before and I don’t know who I’m now. I live in a small country and there is not specialized help for this. I tried a psychologist for 2 years with no progress. The only thing that gives me some confort is praying.

Please be careful ladies. Porn addition can be a much bigger problem than you think. If your husband isn't working hard to quit there problem will get so much worse. Eventuallu seeking out partners to act out these fantasies. Sometimes leading to predatory behavior. Watching porn and being addicted are 2 very different things. I have watched this happen with someone who was s goof guy before porn addiction took over his life. The good thing is your husbands admit to it. Its when they are in denial that porn addiction becomes dangerous
