Hey, I wanted to ask how many pounds I can lose in 35 days. I currently weigh 207 and want to lose 44lbs. Is this possible? I often go to the gym and try to run a lot, but I don't walk 6 hours a day….
@LifeWithRoger5 күн бұрын
Too many variables to be accurate but average loss is 1-2lb daily

I just bought a 2018 Ford Focus sedan. When I turn the AC the engine overheating. I don't know if I have a bad thermostat or what. There is no leaking underneath.
@LifeWithRogerАй бұрын
Only when the AC is running?
@LifeWithRogerАй бұрын
A quick search indicates that the majority of the time is either the thermostat or resistor pack. Resistor is faster to change. Thermostat shouldn't be specific to when the ac is on, but it's possible

Thx. I'm pretty much sitting still and sleeping on my back during recovery. With just a little walking each day and eating light.

How do you get rid of the bad breathe? I have tried everything nothing works.
@LifeWithRogerАй бұрын
I didn't have the problem. Would suggest drinking water, brushing teeth. Some ppl get bad breath because of gas buildup in the gut
@ak_moeАй бұрын
@@LifeWithRoger I maintain good oral hygiene by brushing frequently and using a herbal mouthwash, and I don’t feel bloated or gassy. However, I’m unsure how to address the current issue. Should I consider trying a laxative, or could that be too harsh? I’m currently on week three of my fast, aiming for 40 days, but the bad breath is making it unbearable.

@@ak_moe seriously. I've never had that experience so idk what to tell you beyond common sense things

Roger, are you still doing those long walks outside like before? How many lbs do you have until 200?
@LifeWithRogerАй бұрын
No, i can't. Not yet. I only recently got to the point where i can move again and my stamina is crap. I'm lucky to do 30 minutes. But it's better than the 0 minutes I've been able to do almost this whole past year.
