Wow these are slow and have a mine of their own. Had to restart the puck 5 times before it would work. Installed the latest softwarem its hardly like its easy to install at all. It is now hanging on updating puck 100% and took about 20 minutes to restart the puck.

I'm transferring my broadband from another ISP supplier after would you believe 24 years. Reason why I'm getting my broadband from Sky is because I was paying for my tv package from Sky and broadband from another supplier and paying a fortune each month, so I've decided why pay two companies for my Internet and tv when I can get it from one company and save a few quid. So on 25th November I will be getting my Internet from Sky. I kind feel a bit guilty leaving that other provider I have been loyal to them for a long time but, as they say all good must come to an end and I leave that company without any hard feelings and who knows maybe in the future when my Sky contract (24 months) comes up for renewal if they can offer a better deal than Sky then I may return. For now for the next 24 month I will be getting my tv and Internet from Sky.

We live in a high-rise block of flats, Will there be be any problems with the installation , or is it just a straight forward plug in with our new hub. We have the 60mb Sky wifi.

Had no working phone since I joined sky and they say there's an issue with the Sky Max hub, stop sending them out then. I have had no landline for a week now, just been told to wait another 95 hours for someone to call me back.
