Most UPVC frames do not fit flush so how are you supposed to line up the sensors? You should provide some shims so this can be set up correctly. Doorbell connected but for some reason can't watch play back of videos on cloud. Motion detector will not connect but indoor camera connects fine and has playback of events over cloud.

You can find out how to line up the sensors on the Sky Protect Motion and Contact Sensors by following the steps below: Set up your sensors and phone alerts through the Sky Protect app. Ensure the sensors are placed in the desired locations, such as on doors or windows. Use the app to adjust the settings and alignment of the sensors to ensure they are properly lined up and functioning correctly.

@@skyhelp1 Hi, thanks for reaching out. As stated the window frame openings fits outside of the window frame from which it is hinged so it is impossible to line up the contact sensors if you stick them to the window and frame as there is a 2cm gap. The only way they would align would be to have a 2cm shim fitted to the frame to stick the sensor on so it aligns with the one on the window itself. I know how to line the sensors up, I am not stupid and I can read. The contact sensors work fine as they are paired and showing on the app. The motion sensor will not pair. The doorbell while it shows on the app with a live feed and 'events' are recorded. When you go to play them back the recorded clip runs from 00:00 to 00:00 i.e. there is no recording or if there is it is zero seconds long.

what a load of phoney support. I don't have a router close by to my front door to have my chime box close by. My router is located under stair cupboard and the cable is short for the chime to connect to the router! So Sky Protect what else can i do to make this work! Service support team are very slow, Ive reported a playback fault for 5 days now and still no answer to a solution. Don't bother with Sky Protect Back to Blink i think.
