From looking at the mission files, it isn't a mod but just ogg sound files that played when we were in contact/died/etc.

I feel like you had some latency issues at least in that first engagements. Hits on enemies and hits on yourself were very delayed compared to my POV that op.

33:02 bad guy monologue starts. To those of you wondering, "Where's the kaboom?" Look up "Project Wingman ACES Ep 4 - Flood Surge [Arma 3]" by Raz Tasva. A bug prevented the explosions from detonating on anyone's screens but the Zeus.

Keeping that Tu-22 in the mission was a good choice. I was worried it wouldn't be used, but you _obliterated_ some of the most powerful warships in the fleet with the opening strike. That very well may have saved the day for everyone else.
