Become self accountable. Stop blaming your teammates. Stop caring about the way they play. Focus on yourself and start looking at your own gameplay and always ask yourself you could be doing better. There is ALWAYS something more you can do. If you really want to rank up and get better, this is the way. Yes you will lose games where you felt like you played out of your mind but with this approach, as long as you are actively thinking and applying yourself, over a long period of time you will see results. It's not your teammates, I promise.

I'm haveing the same problem, except I'm new and leaning in unranked. The high level gatekeepers in unranked calling everyone trash makes it hard to even get good enough for ranked.
