It would be cool but at the same time there prolly should be mega ghoulish and insane. Especially after 200 years in a foreign land. I think in Fallout 4 their is a mission where you get to interact with one.

yes and no, they can't speak english and people will have mixed feelings about chinese military and certainly negative feelings about people they can't understand in a wasteland, dark thought being they just want to be done with the situation given the US is gone and their mission long succeeded but are stranded by guaranteed hostility and no way to negotiate anywhere and for the last few decades been hemmed in by super mutants roaming in the surrounding streets
