We had so much fun doing this ❤️

I was an employee for 9 weeks. I was terminated for "unsatisfactory performance;" to put it bluntly I'm a CDL "A" Truck Driver. I'm a professional and the irony of it was that I was unemployed about half an hour. If I was as lousy as TJFACT claimed I wouldn't have been hired that quickly. The truth from my point of view is I was not given a clear explanation of what they did and the hands on was lacking. If you want someone to succeed you have to have a clearly defined and modeled methodology of those parts of a job that are unfamiliar to a new hire. I also had several job offers during my "unsatisfactory performance" with TJFACT. The USPS and a widely respected trucking company in the local market amongst them.
