Home Depot is not much different than most companies. Employees are nothing more than pieces of meat; that seems to be the way humans treat each other. Companies are like septic tanks, the larger chunks float to the top.

You're blaming home depot because you ran up your credit cards and knew all too well that you would not be able to afford to repay those credit cards? So, then you went on food stamps? LoL. Seriously, this is why this country is fucked up. If you're only making $8.50 an hour, don't start having kids or running up credit cards bills!!!!

they are also laying off FT employees and replacing them with one part timer. then they expect the one person they have working paint cover hardware. there were days when they WOULDN'T schedule some to work lumber on a saturday.....not that some one had call in sick. they didn't schedule. horrible place to work.

i feel ya. i got laid off from my job with benefits. all i could find was home depot. and home depot is a horrible place to work. they keep cutting hours, very low wages, very understaffed and for being understaffed they still blame all problems on the PT employees. i work in the delivery dept. i am the only puller in our store and i am scheduled 5 hours a day 5 days a week to pull multiple deliveries, will calls, and BOPIS orders each day. i've asked management for assistance and they refuse.

Dude, sometimes you have to take a job you can get your hands on. You got lucky an got a decent job with your "education" (you don't seem very educated to me). The people who lost the job to your stupid ass probably had to struggle trying to find work afterwards.

@KashgroundTM thanks for the comment. I'm in college working to become a Nurse . I have just 2 more bio classes then I have my pre reqs out of the way to enter the nursing program. I thought about ITT and others like them but their cost is like $17,000 a year. My community college is about $3,000 a year leaving me money to live on . Anyways good luck. Hope your parents get the home fix up . it's a pain yesterday I was out side fixing ac ductwork .

25 cents a year raise doesn't keep up with food prices and gas prices going up due to inflation.

@KashgroundTM the bastards fired me we got this mexican store mgr and she started going after white workers hiring mexicans . A really screwed up place it turned out to be after working there 4 years . what's funny is before they let me go me and my wife bought a hud home that needed fixing up. We have spent $12,000 at lowes now . Home depot shot themselves in the foot there and they are paying my unemployment .

In real estate nothing is done until the paperwork is signed so no one should have been buying other houses until the check was cashed. This is in Detroit why would any business want to open there unless it is a moving and storage business. I like how the story of Home depot saying they don't think it is a good idea to risk opening a store there is followed by a story about a big business going under.
@TubeScrewed14 жыл бұрын
@sch21186 I'm glad you work at Home Depot, cause I'd like to give you some feedback. The only time I have a bad experience, is when paying. And not always.. well, there's one where it's always. The people In the Depts are usually great. If I was a manager at one of these stores.. I would tell the check out people.. All you have to do, is take the customer's money, and make sure to thank them for shopping here.. If you can't do that.. Pack your shit and leave now!

LMAO It took 3 years to secure the deal becuase everyone thought they hit the jack pot the holds out screwed it for everybody,Saw the same thing happen in Florida in a trailer park they were getting huge cash but like 3 hold outs drug it on for 2 years the economy went bust and they pulled out lmao

This vid is lame. Why don't they just continue living in their houses? This is just people crying because they didn't get what they wanted. If this were new orleans where people actually suffered I would actually care.
