I can't express how much I love everything about this song, especially the instrumentals

Hello, I don't know if you'll ever come across this comment but I still wanted to write. I'm from India, and my house (physical and metaphorical both) is quite removed from the crowd in the cities. I discovered you some 2 years back and have been listening to you ever since. And in my melancholia and solitude I keep coming back to your songs and it does provide me a shelter to rest. I keep wondering how is it that artists and poets like you both thousands miles and years away from me or anyone like me can touch upon the exact way we feel or think. Thank you ❣️

Favorite songs. According to Spotify, I listened to Le Bon’s Are You With Me Now more than any other song in 2022. 🥰

Lyrics <3 : And you're so fresh with your pale dark bliss, Those blackjack eyes and tambourine hips. Walked right out of an acid trip, Got a corkscrew mind And the sweetest grip. Take me to the gig where the music's loud And you can feel the electricity in the crowd. Oriental lillies blooming in my head, With all the little nothings that I could have said. Powder junkie, spider monkey, swim in the sea, Crushed like a grape under possibility. You're so fresh with your pale dark bliss, Those blackjack eyes and tambourine hips.

Days like this shape pomegranate hips Girls like handkerchieves all unfurl Your life's a dandelion whirl From the window every color swirls With my blue bird heart I'm a singing girl I tied a balloon to your garden gate at noon Happy birthday my little drop of June Your life's a dandelion whirl From the window every color swirls With my blue bird heart I'm a singing girl You deserve all good things You deserve all good things You deserve all good things Your life's a dandelion whirl From the window every color swirls With my blue bird heart I'm a singing girl

Linda Perachs, Sybille Baier, Dave Bixby and Vashti Bunyan have similar stories: Composing some of the most rare and beautiful albums around the 60s and 70s, leaving music all together after their first album not gettting the recognition it deserved and almost dissapearing to just get rediscovered by fans all over the world thanks to the internet 30 ish years later. If you like Baier give a listen to Ode to Quetzalcoatl (1969), Parallelograms (1970) or Just antoher diamond Day (1970) you won't regret it !!! If you know of more cases like the ones mentioned above please share!!
