I’ve had those! They are good but much thinner. This recipe has a great consistency for a thicker wrap or to use as a pizza crust.

Very good job here, this is how i do my roasties, i would suggest if you can, you have to try goose fat or the fat rendered off the joint or chicken you are cooking. I once roasted mine under a leg of lamb and the flavoir was unreal. You then have to use the juices (seperated from the fat) to make the gravy and dip the potatos in, its insane how nice it cam be

inaccurate, there’s an entire culture that doesn’t pick zucchini until it’s that large and then we make pita out of it. it’s COMPLETELY edible and it’s very very tasty it’s my favorite pita (no i’m not greek it’s a different kind of pita)

Big zucchini is usually not good as they have big seeds. When my grandparents found these big ones, they gave them to the yard animals. 😅

Certainly have to try this. Thanks for sharing. Ive made a similar pizza using 1 cup mozzarella, 1 egg and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Simply mix in a bowl, spread evenly on greased parchment paper, add pizza toppings including cheese then bake at 350 for about 15 mins.

I feel like this is a very healthy quasi. Because the other one have that canned cheese, they put on a lot of preservative and salty and emulsifier. Thank you so much this is really good and I’m going to try it.
