I believe that the Australian band ACDC were actually the headline act for this concert.

Love this song but I wonder who came up with 1.6 million attendance because on the cover of the official video release says it was 500.000

They stopped counting after 500k. 1.6M is a widely accepted number

@@WhatsUpDoc1379 why would they count people attending when it was a free concert
@WhatsUpDoc137913 күн бұрын
Dude, Google it.
@rafaelzorzal5699 күн бұрын
@@robertphelps1574It was not a free concert. It was at Monsters of Rock wich was a paid event, that lasted for days. Back then, the Soviet Union (URSS) was dissolving and becoming what is Russia today. It was "openning up" to the world and starting to allow the production of private events, such as MoR. But things got out of control when people from all over the balcans (surrounding countries) went over, torned up the fences and pretty much took over the place (wich was an inactive ex- military airbase). The 1.6 million people is an estimated number by the officials. They stopped counting at 500k.
@robertphelps15749 күн бұрын
@@rafaelzorzal569 Monster of Rock would normally be a ticket only event because I’ve been to a few at Donington in the UK but the Monsters of Rock in Moscow was a free event that was held on the 28th of September 1991 On the internet it says there was 1.6 million people and 53 deaths but official reports states it was 500.000 and no deaths even James Hetfield said in an interview it was 500.00

They did it for FREE too 🤟...4 months before the USSR finally dissolved, becoming just Russia again & slowly repair the Country back to Capitalism 🇷🇺

I am going to get rammed in but I think Bonamassa plays 10 times better as well as Angus Young. Metallica are a bunch of pretentious players who think they are better than everyone else. Yes they are good at spinning their hair. The front man is the worse!!! Arrogant and pretentious sorry guys. And it is easy to have a massive crowd in Russia.

Which amp and what setting bro?
@BhomiaG11 ай бұрын
I have my sound done in my processor and direct it through a DAW. That's just a speaker I'm playing through.
@BhomiaG11 ай бұрын
But for general amp setting ...keep lows at around 3-4 , mids around 5-6 , high around 8-9 . You will get nice metal sound. May depend frm amp to amp though
