For those that don’t know, it was a staged race. Mansell was supposed to win. Alonso was letting him by, but Mansell got caught out.

I watched this race live on the BBC. their screening of the British Supercup was amazing for us that didn't have access to cable or satellite television.

Saying as f1 only raced donington once, theres probably less than 10 ppl that can claim to have wrecked an f1 car there. This man just joined some pretty elite company actually lol

They don't seem fast but I imagine it's like my videos of the Shinkansen in Japan... the videos never do justice to experiencing the raw speed in front of you.

3:16 even though this is nowhere near race pace you can tell how great the forces are, from the bloke resting his head on the side down the straights That’s what they talk about isn’t it? How normal people can’t drive a Formula One car because after two laps your neck is done from the Gforces on your head.

All the more reason why the legendry Norton Rotary and the engineering genius of Brian Crighton can and will never be forgotten. The late 1980's and early 1990's was in my opinion, the most exciting and exhilarating time to watch British Motorcycle Racing events; with these showstoppers performing....

Old Nige was so much quicker out of the last chicane lap after lap, and it caught him out. You could see and hear that he was barely pushing 50% too.
