Hello. In my own experience, there was a delay. The logistics was not the best. The lead time was longer. I think this is because Kickscrew is still taking more time to pack the item (quality check, right size, package inclusions, etc.) It is not the same with the delivery time as written in their website. Please put allowance for customs, they might delay handling things. Kickscrew will reply to me when I follow up. It's not the best customer support but the sneakers are legit. Would you want a good customer service but get a fake one or want a mediocre customer service but eventually get the legit ones? That would be your choice to make. Me eventually since I am not in a rush, I can wait longer as long as the end goal is that it's coming to my door, fresh, clean and real. :) I hope this helps

Thank you for the reply ireally appreciate it already bought some pair yesterday but i got scared by the comments thru instagram and facebook and decided to request a cancellation order. I dont know if they will cancel it but i am willing to wait if they dont as long as shoes are legit. It’s just that most of the complaints saying that delivery for them took 2 mos and then all they received is fake shoes or damaged goods.

And to they deliver it to your address? I messed up with the postal code but the address is right i just want to make sure that they will deliver it through the address

Hello! yup with delivery fee yung babayaran mo sa kickscrew na website. However for my case, yung customs dito sa pinas they called me and to inform na merong handling fee of 400 pesos plus if im not mistaken but it was delivered door to door to my home address so okay na rin.
