black ones would have been an easy fix. clean all the junk out, scuff surfaces, clean again with alcohol, allow alcohol to dry/evaporate, bond with contact cement. i've done similar repairs on skate shoes and posted videos

If I had to wear one shoe for the rest of my life I would choose the classic converse all Star high top in black because I can do almost anything in them except for running and fast treadmill walking. Since a teen I have only have been wearing converse I can skate in them, do MMA in them, ride my bike in them and they are the best gym shoe. I personally believe are comfortable and last long, my leather converse high-top's lasted 7y and I literally did everything in them! :) I also believe that converse are the most unmaterialistic shoe that there is and the opposite of greed, even tho I love my chucks I refuse to have a collection, I used to have like 9 chucks but I decided to donate them to the poor cuz they need them more than me, so now I only have 2 pairs of chucks. Life is too short for me to worry about my shoes or to start a sneakers collection that why I ended up wearing the same shoe/shoe style for so many years :)

I love this exercise! Such a cool trick to impress your friends since it isn’t too difficult. Did this alot before since I was too lazy to learn the human flag. I also like the clutch lever, but this one even more since I can do it pain free and it feels more like a strength skill than a grip strength skill since I can push myself up.

Thanks that is simple definitely not easy! How long would you rest if u were going to do another set just like that?
@TomVencel
@TomVencel 2 жыл бұрын
Hi 👋 I would take around a minute rest, just so you can give the next round your best. You could also drop the peak of the pyramid each round. For example, the first round you go to 10 power lunges, the next pyramid you make the peak 8, and the last will be 6. Hope this helps :)

Is it to gain weight or lose them?
@TomVencel
@TomVencel 2 жыл бұрын
Hi 👋 Combined with a heathy diet, you will definitely lose body fat (weight), doing these types of workouts. If you train like this on a regular basis, you will get leaner and stronger as well.
