I would just go OTR and apply for good local companies while your out on the road. Then when one of those local spots open up, go back home and get back into coaching the high-school football team. I just got back out here myself after doing a local/regional run. See i been watching you and trucker brown since i started trucking back in 2017 and i watched you since prime then you transitioned into your own fleet. Trucker brown and you teamed up at one time and then he did local for some time. It seems we all wanna get back to six figures because local be doing to much at times depending on the company. But it's all up to you at the end of the day, it's just funny how we all return to OTR after experiencing the home life and all the bullshit it come with. It's got it's pros and cons but i dunno🤷🏽‍♂️ Good Luck!

I’m hitting my 10 years of having CDL in November! Started out hauling food grade dry bulk pneumatic (wheat flour). It was “meh” Then did 5+ years hauling frac sand in the oilfield (pneumatic). It was great for a few years, now they’ve slashed the rates and it will never be lucrative again. Then I did local dry van in Dallas Ft Worth, it was about $1200/week gross. It paid the bills but I loved the job. Then I became owner operator and did dry van most recently all lower 48 states and southern Canada hauling Broadway shows. It’s a struggle to make money after fuel and maintenance, repairs and NO HOME TIME!! Your video is VERY helpful and informative thank you!! I’ve been watching Dirty Broke and some other fuel haulers, it has my curiosity and I am very interested
