Why do the audience have to always ruin it by clapping along like a load of demented seals. . Shut the f#£k up and get us hear that magical voice

Isn't life strange? I lost my wife and fellow Bellowhead nut 5 years ago next week and though I do ok - I remarried last year and I'm happier than I ever thought I would be again - it doesn't take much. Discovering this song again - and especially this version - and I'm in pieces again - heartbroken. It says exactly what I feel. No matter what there is no end to my love. I'll take you with me when I go to see Bellowhead again in the autumn.

Dang. I was hoping this would be "Come on, Eileen" to the tune of another song, or the other way around! Still a much better singer than me...

It was Jeremy, so it was "Come on Eileen" to no tune at all!

I just listened to his first singing appearance. Sheer. Joy. I want him to have a sing off with Florence Foster Jenkins. Sadly they now have a complete Heavenly team of ISIHAC As an atheist I am so sad I can't believe in them now touring heavenly theatres. I so want it.

Heavenly ISIHAC. Good title for a compilation of the dear departed. On the wireless. In miserable February. 6:30, cooking the tea and sipping wine. Pure comfort.
