Hi @jessierolph, to activate/deactivate the keypad lock, you would need to press both the "On/Off" and the "1" button simultaneously for over 6 seconds.

Hello. I’m trying to set the temperature to 80c but the warning ⚠️ sign keeps beeping and there is an E-L indicator on the screen. Any advice? Thank you

Hi Hazwan, E - L advises that communication to the power unit has been interrupted/disrupted; Try plugging it into another plug point and see if the same error message occurs? If the same error message appears, we recommend contacting your supplier directly to have the equipment serviced to avoid any damage. Hi Yousra, Operation should be with non-flammable thermostating liquids only! The tray may suffer damage as a result of corrosion and pitting, causing the temperature control fluid to infiltrate the heating system. Only ever use demineralised water with a conductance level of 5-10 microsiemens and a pH value between 5 and 7. The tray may suffer damage if ultrapure water or DI water with an electrical conductance level of below 5 microsiemens is used. Only ever use pretreated water with a conductance level of 5-10 microsiemens. hello, i have a little problem, in the display showing a symbol of "temperature protection (TB)", any solution??

Hi Beni, All water baths are fitted with a mechanical temperature limiter (TB) Protection Class 1 to DIN 12880. If the electronic control unit should fail during operation and the fixed factory-set maximum temperature is exceeded by approx. 30°C the temperature limiter switches off the heating permanently as a final protective measure. The symbol lights up continuously as a warning. In addition to its function as overtemperature protection, the TB also operates as low-level protection, i.e. the heating is switched off permanently if the liquid drops below a certain level. As a warning, the symbol lights up continuously. It is recommended to contact your supplier directly for further customer support so as to not damage the equipment.
