Born and raised in southern Louisiana, and this isn't how we do it in bayou country. If y'all make this and call it "Louisiana Style", you're misleading anyone you say that too. This may be just fine, but it's not Louisiana Style. When you see Old Bay, that's Boston (Yankee) Style.

This technique is 100x better than what I’ve seen on KZbin. It’s so underrated. Parboiling the shrimp and cooking in batches is key here.

I watched this video 8yrs ago when it first uploaded, and I love this recipe, it was the best I have ever tried. 8yrs later now, I’m still able to find it, watch again ,and most importantly, I still love it the best. Thanks for sharing. Unbelievable, I just left an 8 yrs late comment.
