Mmm, that looks so good! My favorite version is salmon sinigang and I love to eat it with all the vegetables with the salmon and lots of broth over my bowl of rice. It always hits the spot. It's been my favorite ever since childhood.

The way you cooked it made the tortang talong authentic some people broil the eggplant but it taste better when the skin is burnt, it creates smokey taste, you did great!

Thanks for the tip on how to turn the takoyaki, I made some earlier and ended up burning quite a few of them, I used forks to turn them, could be the reason. I will try your 1-to-7 method and buy some skewers next time. Nice video
