Beware of the androids in mPulse saunas. After several issues with the software, they finally sent us the software via flash drive which finally solved the issues. Moreover, after 4 years of owning, third party apps are no longer supported due to the age of the android device. 4 years .really? Called customer service and they told us to purchase new power module and new android device for 962$ plus tax to keep using third party apps. Great support right?

Ok, I really need to see someone crawl into that. I can't get down on the floor or get back up. I need to set it up on my bed which is a latex mattress and just the right height. Can I put all this infrared heated pads right on my bedding? I have horrific nerve pain and Lyme arthritis issues. I would never be able to swing my legs up and into the tunnel. Can someone put it on over me once I'm on the pads?

I received this youtube url when I asked your customer service about the different between Red Light Therapy (as in your upcoming red light panels) and Infrared Light. Obviously, this doesn't answer that question and it was somewhat off putting to receive a url instead of personal help where I could have asked more questions directly to your customer service. These saunas are VERY expensive and are marketed as top notch in the industry. Please elevate your customer service to that same level.

After listening and reading the comments, I totally agree with all of the written material for Sunlighten. I've experienced this throughout the purchase of my MPulse Sauna. The instructions for putting them together even missed some steps. Whoever is doing your technical writing needs to understand that they need to write to the lowest level of understanding of your product...someone who knows nothing about it. This is ALL part of customer service. For the most part, a successful instruction or direction will produce Zero questions. It is frustrating as a customer who is looking to you for expertise in this subject matter to receive confusing information that produces more questions than answers. (I'm for hire if you need someone to help with this!! ;)

Everything went smooth until we got to the final steps of 13, 14, and 15. The pre drilled holes were not done properly. Nor is the hole accessible. For such a premium product it feels like all of these final steps could be easily fixed by a number of alternatives.
