Thank you so much for such a great video. Could you please test if the Samsung T9 or Sandisk Extreme Pro would provide the full speed 2000 mb/s on the newest MBP with M4 chip and USB 4. I'm really confused because some reviews on retailer websites show people were able to get the full speed on Macs.

I have a Magic Mouse that I've used with an iPad Pro, but I have my first ever Macbook Pro (M2 Pro) on its way - I have used Windows since 3.1 - so was pleased to realise that the Magic Mouse would work with the MBP. The thing is, I just thought it was an iPad mouse, and I knew nothing about gestures, so it's all very exciting. I was going to get a Master 3S for the MBP as I have used MX series mice since forever, and have used a Master 3S with my Windows 11 desktop for several years. But after watching this, I cancelled the Master 3S for the MBP, and will give the Magic Mouse a proper try. So thanks for putting me straight. One thing I am wondering about, is that I've watched another review which complained about the Master 3S low poling rate of just 90hz. My Windows one seems to work smoothly enough, but the reviewer said his was jerky with his MBP. I guess I can try my current 3S using the dongle, and decide after that.

For a Mac user which would you recommend if x9 pro and x10 pro are the same price? Since Mac doesn’t have 3.2 2, wondering if I should stay with the X9 Pro, thanks!

I've gone the other way on this product unfortunately. Bought a couple for my office, then 10 more. After about a year we've had image quality and flickering screen problems requiring service on 4 of 12. Our experience may be statistically anomalous, but a 33% fail rate within one year is not great and can't be overlooked.

The rubber around the case deformed and detached from the case easily after awhile

I have two a7IV and using Sony Tough v60 cards. One camera can record for hours and with no problems (exactly same 4k settings) , but other a7, randomly stops etc. And not overheating.

THE FATAL FLAW that killed it for me was that the camera "forgets" the focus point in MF mode when switched off and on ( when using non focus clutch lenses ) !

All right, came in here to update my Lumix firmware just to find out that I have two corrupt Sandisk SD cards and I cannot copy the file over to both of the cards. They are like 2 months old barely used, both of them! Fuck Sandisk and thanks for the tutorial.

I wish you would have shown how to take apart the jack. Mine failed from abuse at the microphone end. I was hoping to re solder it together but haven't figured out how to take the inner portion out.

sadly my X9 pro just died after 1 month, it just suddenly appears as a non readable drive. I never reformat it out of the box & used it on win11 as it is as a gaming installable drive

Nice summary Adam. What drive do you suggest for Time Machine backup in an audio studio? I avoid HDD due to noise and am seeking coolest / most reliable SSD over speed. USB 3.2 Gen 2 performance @ 900MB/s is fine. I will not edit on this SSD but may routinely copy larger amounts of data. Thanks for any insights you can offer.
