I was gonna make something like that years ago but Bluetooth speakers and so good and inexpensive now. they sound way better than that ever will. Fun to build but not practical.

@ lol point proven do some research first . Galeforce speaker is louder and waterproof. Jbl speakers are good but not for this application. A PA style speaker??? Head over to the Facebook group we will teach you plenty about audio

I use this. FloraCraft® Heated Tool CleanKut™ Foam Cutter. I cut the holes in the plastic for the speakers. Then I put the foam back in place. Let the tool heat up, just follow the hole edges and it's perfect every time.

Really appreciate this real-world test. I followed your 3 part build but was still nervous about the hf case leaking. When we drill out that seal with the snap ring to put in the switch, that doesn't affect the water proofing seal correct?
