Please how do you use the small bowls in the microwave. The seal has no opening valve to exert excess heat which makes the seal pop out with great force whiles heating. Kindly help. Thank you.

Meat (or fish whatever you want in it), palm oil, crayfish (grind it to powder), seasonings (salt, boullion, etc) peppers (if you like it spicy) some vegetable leaves (ugu, uziza, etc, not sure of the English names, you can look that up), and most important the ogbono itself
