Meat (or fish whatever you want in it), palm oil, crayfish (grind it to powder), seasonings (salt, boullion, etc) peppers (if you like it spicy) some vegetable leaves (ugu, uziza, etc, not sure of the English names, you can look that up), and most important the ogbono itself
