Sir my baby has congenital hypothyroidism so on thyronorm 25. We mistaken and gave her double dose of domstal prescribed by pediatrician that is 0.5ml instead of 0.25ml when she was 6 weeks. Next she had the vaccine on week 7 after that she started green stool 7 times a day. Only 2 times blood streaks and once brownish blood when passing green liquid stool. It is 2 weeks now after vaccine still same pooping during and after feeds and all green yellow with mucus. What to do we are worried. I am on no dairy diet and only feeding breast milk. She is 8.5 weeks old and weighs 3800g

Sir when my son was in utero they also said he had bilateral dilatation only, no bladder thickening or issues. Water all was fine throughout pregnancy. Sonographer just said to monitor ultrasounds. However no scans were done on him after born. He was in NICU due to my waters breaking early and they did routine tests but not scan. Now hes 5 years old and healthy and no UTIS . He pees well and doesnt have incontinence. Do you think its necessary to still scan? Considering this issue goes away somwtimes before or shortly after baby is birth.
