Yup - you jumped into the pit too early. Higher TI will get you much better loot as you know. Definitely return after larva stage though....

New super hard mode activated - "butterfinger" update live, ha ha. Glad they fixed it pretty quickly with the 1.405 patch. On meteor resources, I found on humble some tend to clip behind or under terrain with all the ledges and cliffs, so I have lost some to the ground because of that. My stuck trade rockets underground were also empty, so you didn't miss any loot.

Can't wait for the new update - 3 endings and lore, 2 new biomes, 1 animal, 1 butterfly, inside stairs and 25 furniture items along with QOL improvements....

Great job reviewing the game and testing it out :) I'll let you know that you are able to grab two items at the same time. So that might have helped XD And the potions you made you couldn't find actually did pop out of the cauldron. I saw it land right next to the book XD Also, I noticed they had a chart in the room that showed some items can't go next to one another or they will explode. Either way. Great job :)

Sorry about the game breaking bug, but still enjoyable and hard mode does seem more appropriate for your videos. :) Can't wait for the new update with all the new furniture and inside stairs - excited to see how you utilize all of it. Nice quality of life additions as well (like much better recipe pinning).

At 3:27:37 looking over the landscape, I think I see a small green chest on top of one of the coral columns. About 11 o'clock on the top of the second one up from the bottom near the left side middle of the screen (from left to right). I also saw it again as you jumped from the top at 3:32:01 to get oxygen. It was on your far right.

At 2:20:15 when looking at the map to see another player, the best trick I've seen is having that player point their flashlight directly onto the ground. The light dot from the flashlight will be visible on the map. Same with the rover, the headlights can be seen on the map, as long as you are not underground in the caves.

On the explodeable rocks with ores inside, you can sometimes get rods, but seems RNG. I've seen rods with Uranium, Iridium, Osmium and extremely rare in the aluminum would be a super alloy rod. Also, at 39:03 in the dark underground osmium caves, try going under the water in that pool you were hovering over.

Hey, sorry about the restart. I did everything I could to avoid it but it was pretty game breaking and really cheated the map in our favor. This was the best solution I could come up with. But on the bright side it's pushing @DinkersDoo and I back up into the harder difficulties we usually do which should hopefully be more entertaining next week lol

If I've understood you correctly, decorations on the house, as long as there's 10 decorations, that will give the villager the most happiness in a stone insulated house? Reason I ask, I've been putting the window shutters, curtains, every wall decorated, every attic piece and floors covered. It's using up a hell of a lot of resources, from what I'm hearing from you, I don't need to do everything? Just a combination of 10 decorations?

I only played Humble on Hardcore mode. So I was severely humbled. I died 6 times before I was able to get enough water, oxygen, and food to sustain myself. Lack of water was a huge pain.

Sorry the glass roof hack didn't work at 6:22. You need to stand on it while highlighted before you actually build it - that's how you fall in. However, it was full of rock, so there is no cavity to fall into and clearly the chest or whatever that was inside preventing deconstruct wasn't visible, so that kind of kills that effort. You could hack the save file as long as you have the coordinates (use control F to find the location in the text file and then change the vertical stat to make it higher), but that starts to get really dicey tinkering, so probably best to leave it. Certainly make a copy first and save it somewhere else before hand.... LOL

@7CGames yeah, I hope it does, as I like The Valley over Oxbow better. Oxbow was good as it was easy to make a start and make money with those better loots, and not to mention those free tools, materials, planks and logs to steal, but I rather like the option to buy my orchard plant and seeds from 3 different vendors in The Valley, as you can actually buy more at the start compared to limited stock in Pistovia and Ostoya. The maps also seems bigger as well in The Valley with 9 villages over the 4 villages in Oxbow, and I don't like the fact you can't do anything about the useless decor of abandoned buildings. Regardless, I'm as excited as any MD players on the future updates. hehe

also i started a game like that, i have played some hours and i have 226 terraformation rate due to terraformation pace being minimum edit: now i have +750 Ti, some T2 unlocked

Just always have for this type of game. This, medieval dynasty, Valheim, 7 days to die. I do use mouse and keyboard for RTS or something like that just anything action type I've used a controller since I was like 8 lol

On that sunken living compartment around 1:53:38, if there is something in there you want or preventing deconstruction, make a glass roof while standing on it and you'll fall right in. Bring an indoor ladder with you though so you can get back out (although you could do F4 if needed).

I've had wolves in caves in the Oxbow as well, so think that is a thing. In my game too, they had kills lying on the ground just as in your save. Also, kudos on the Dr. Who referance!
