Thank you for making this video! I literally just got a tattoo and had the same experience and I was scared my tattoo might be ruined, but watching this video makes me feel a lot better!

Yeah I've never been allergic to anything and I was definitely allergic to this adhesive. It made my arm tattoo so red and swell up like a balloon. When I removed it it started getting better almost immediately

Did the rash and make go away? I have a weird rash from some Adhesive and it’s kinda just been there for two weeks :s I’m worried it won’t go away. I’ve contacted my tattoo artist and they just seem not knowledgeable.

I had a very similar experience. I thought that I was having a breakout on my arm due to oil collecting underneath the second skin, the edges were really itchy too so I took it off and noticed that they were more like rashes from an allergic reaction.

I know this is a few years ago but thank you for this. I'm on day 3 with dermalize first time I've ever used it. I've got raised red bumps, patches of red, two little blisters with white but not infection. I usually use bepanthen and have no issues but this stuff, I wish I hadn't used but didn't patch test, the actual tattoo artist put it on,asked if I was allergic to micropore I said I don't think so. Maybe I am, I'm itching and bumpy, got some savlon on, going to stick with the usual routine. Hope you are ok x

I used this yesterday after my new tattoo it felt great until I removed it this morning. Now I have red itchy hot patches where it was stuck to the skin. Which is a shame as it was healing well underneath I had less pain etc than I usually do with a fresh tattoo.

I know this is three years later but did it resolve? Dealing with this right now. It was fine when it was on and now it’s off and I have the same red patches

The same happened to me too and I've used it a lot of times before. I don't know if it was just a one time thing this time? but holy hell it hurt soooo bad when I had to take it off. Afterward my skin was raised, sore, bumpy and itchy for days and then I started getting these really sore red bumps. The tattoo healed fine though 🤷

I had the same experience. I got a rectangular raised patch on my skin. It was quite embossed outlining where the tape was. I will never use this product again.

It is your fault. It is because you went to gym so you sweated a lot. You created a mycroclimate for bacteria. It is not because Dermalite

Your allergic to the adhesive. I had to take mine off within a day cause my skin started to turn red and bumpy.

Try arctic fox hair dye, my pink lasted me 3 months without redyeing it

Had to take it off after less than 24 hours something didn’t feel right. Took it off and I’m covering in blisters that are all oozing. Sent the artist a video she says never seen that before. My arm has swollen huge !

I've had the same experience! I got a new tattoo a few days ago and was given Dermalize. It was fine the first day but the second day when I took it off I had a square of itchy red bumpy skin! I've still got it, taken the Dermalize off and hoping the tattoo will still heal well and the reaction will go away soon. But I did love it the first day! I liked having something like that as a second skin just keeping the area safe.

Hi! I love your piercings! I was thinking of getting my tongue web pierced soon and I was wondering if the jewellery ever caused any dental problems like eroding/chipping your teeth or like receding gums or something? May I also know where you got it done? I'm in the UK too and I turned 16 last month, and I was thinking about going to Blue Banana to get it pierced but I have never pierced anything at Blue Banana before so I was wondering if you've ever pierced anything there before, and if so, do you recommend going there to get a tongue web piercing!☺

Hey, the piercing never caused any dental problems for me, it was under my tongue so if anything i thought it would make my bottom teeth weaker but it didn't. As for the piercing itself i did have to get it removed/taken out because it would hurt every two to three weeks and irritate my web. i don't know what caused this but i found it annoying so i removed it. the piercing itself wasn't infected or anything and it was perfectly fine for 2 years. i got mine pierced in Reigate and i've only ever got piercings in Reigate and Crawley so i have never been to Blue Banana so i would probably recommend Reigate more if you could get there :)

in i have always wanted one and i spent a good few years debating whether i should get it done or not. Then i watch someone else youtube video and they had it done which made me want it even more.
