Total chest measurement divided by 4 +2 seem allowance, example 36÷4 =9 , 9+2=11, Thanks for watching my viedos

In 40 size blouse the shoulder you have mentioned is61/2.and arm hole is61/2 My question is should we add 1/2 to shoulder for sse allowance and make it 6 3/4 and 6 1/4 for arm hole.
