That's used to have a keyframe not to influence the movement acceleration. just select the keyframe you want to "turn off" right click > rove across time

no shortcut! once you created all the layers you select the object, an the current layer will appear a small dot and you drag the dot by hand on the layer you want

@@OllySpin In fact, there is a more practical way. You can click on the desired layer and in the right menu (the three-line menu) select 'Release to Layers'. This way, all the shapes become layers.
