Are you able to take in any kind of calories by mouth and if so what works for you?I have gastroparesis and clonic inertia my doctor told me to try Garden of life protein powder to try and get some protein. It low in fiber and fat but I have a lot of days that I can't do it.

I used to use Garden of Life protein powder before things got worse for me. I was suggested by my naturopath doctor to try ‘elemental powder’. It essentially contains vital macros, vitamins and other essential nutrients that have been completely broken down so your GI tract doesn’t have to digest it. Supposedly it is just absorbed. I have not tried it, but it’s an idea to look into if you’re currently looking to get some additional calories/nutrition in.

I hope you’re doing good, I just wanted to thank you for making this video. I am currently going through something with my stomach and I wanted to share with you that there’s always hope. And that hope is only found in Jesus, I hope you can try him and he will change your life. God bless you 💙

You did a great job sharing your journey. I feel for you though for all the meds, pain, scopes. I had ulcerative colitis and had the large colon removed. I'm glad you are doing better. You have also educated me about gastroparesis. I will read more about it. Take care 🙂 ❤

Oh sweetie I feel your pain. Almost my entire family has gastroparesis. Most of them are manageable. One is not at all. This has been a long journey for us. I pray you can find relief and find feeding and treatment that works for you.❤️❤️❤️

It took 6 months to diagnose me with gastroperisis. Like you, I had multiple health concerns. It’s a hard one to diagnose because its signs & symptoms overlap with other illnesses. This was despite multiple visits to ER, and twice admitted to the hospital! I purée all my food now, and eat about every three hours. I eat slowly. 30 minutes per meal, A cup to a cup & a-half of food each time I eat. About 10 million Americans have it.

Hey. This was actually educational! I've been trying to research for a informative KZbin video like yours that really teaches the topics in this video. 🥼Your video is like the videos from this new med student Doctor Ethan. His videos are knowledgable and I learned a lot for my school. He is a respected medical student in the UK. You should see his channel out and give the medical student a like! 👉 #StudentDoctorEthan
