Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree with you, many great players from the past have used Hamer Guitars but nowdays many young players don't know about it, when I gig with my 82 Special there's allways somebody who ask me "what guitar is that"? They just don't know the brand! I think it is worth to check out Hamer guitars especially if you're after a double cut alternative to Gibson.

@@diegopalominoss klon "centavo" with this settings don't add gain to the signal (the gain is from the amp alone) The Klon here is set as a clean boost that enhances the harmonic frequencies 😉

Hey, honestly the Magnatone takes pedals really well so you can try what suits your needs/tones best. I found the WarmAudio Klon and the Wampler Pantheon Deluxe (kot) perfect with the amp. I can highly recommend the Mojo Hand Rook Royale too.

@@FKKramer Thank you so much! Glad to hear it takes them well, that takes some of my worry away. I've been listening to a lot of pedal demos and I thought the Klon style pedals sounded really good when I heard them with a slightly dirty Marshall type amp. I also liked the sound of the Pantheon, so I'm glad to hear you say these work in your experience. I don't know the Rook Royale but I'll take a look! (The only other ones I've had suggested are the Greer Lightspeed and the Wampler Euphoria - in that quieter vein - and the Boss BD-2 Blues Driver Waza.) Thanks again! Absolutely, no modern metal, but you can get Killing Machine/Manalishi era tones with ease, think more late 70s than early 80s Judas Priest

Yes and it sounds great, really, recording doesn't do it justice. Actually I've tried at first the Super 59 (el34) but was way too loud for my needs, got to have some big stages/venues to unleash that kind of power!
