Yes, you can if it’s a four year degree program and if it’s a 3 year course then u have to done masters as well 🙌🏻

However, this condition is not applicable incase of Haryana ,Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh , Where there is no need for regional languages other than Hindi and English. Any other state which we can include in this ?
