Moen states the thickness of the wall with tile can only be 5/8” thick. You mentioned you can install up to 1 1/2” thick. Can you clarify.

Nice video and informative but the only concern I have is no mention of sealing the around around the mount with a silicone caulking.

I displace the water as high as the rim with my poop pyramid, but one flush and it's all gone - yes there are significant skids marks swirling round & round on the inner porcelain bowl like a spirograph, but it's quite mesmerizing to watch. I'm entranced by the poop Coriolis effect.

Sure everything works in a controlled lab. Cars even get the stated gas mileage in the lab.

But be careful. Over a stud is great. Away from a stud where the back mount can fit is great. But "too close" to a stud and you'll find that you cannot place the back anchor because the stud is part-way "visible" in the hole and the back-mount won't go in. I hope the instructions give advice in such a case.

Ever since this toilet came out, the guys at the water treatment plants have not needed to buy one single golf ball.

When I first heard about this toilet flushing 18 golf balls,I just had to have one!

six years later I am happy I installed this anchor even though I fumbled the installation.. It is holding very well. This anchor holds a safety bar in a bathtub enclosure. I installed 5/8" fiberglass fill sheetrock around the tub and then installed the plastic shower/tub surrounded, so the base was quite stable.

Anyone else worried about how far toilet technology has come? Imagine this... in 50 years we'll be flushing our dead cats down those fucking things. I say OUR dead cats because the guy in the video is gonna get bored of flushing cell phones and hot dogs eventually. When he starts moving onto cats we can expect him to flush his family; then OUR families. Someone keep an eye on this guy PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I also would like to note that he did not flush 56 chicken nuggets, he only flushed 55 (I COUNTED). Not only is this man getting dangerously close to human flush testing, but he lies about data. Sickening, scary, SUBSCRIBED!

Don’t mind me just watching these videos to try to help cure my phobia of these toilets…why does the water have to be so high and there be a sensor on them. I used one once and it flushed while I was sat on it 😬. In the UK we have toilets with low water. Not kidding about the phobia, when I was younger I was at great ormand street hospital and they where trying to cure me from it by putting stones in the toilet, flushing it and barricading the door so not as to let me out (this was in 1999 so hopefully they don’t treat people with phobias like that now)
