@@noorskitchenconnection thanks! I just checked out your channel and those recipes look so good! It says you’re from France, is banana bread something that’s popular where you are?

The measuring cup you used for the flour I was always told that was for liquids and there are other measuring cups for non-liquids.

If you want more views, you need to have all the ingredients prepped/pre-measured. People get bored very easily. Trust me on this.

I trust you - the presentation here is soooo amateur...!

I just finished making 5 loaves in ,4 days ,chedder cheese, raisin walnut and 2 apple raisin walnut

That sounds so good! I’ve made this with feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes - that was really good! I like the idea of apples, raisins and walnuts. When you add the apples does that change the texture (since it has extra moisture)?

Very hard to hear what the ingredients are. So much noise in the kitchen.

The ingredients are: flour, salt, instant yeast and warm water. There is a link to the original recipe in the description. The author of that recipe is very through and has lots of great guidance.🙂

The whole presentation is really poor.

Yes very easy to make. I only use 1 tsp of salt (don't forget the salt) I also put the bread on parchment paper, it makes it easier to put in and get out the bread without getting burned. Lastly, bake at 350 F for 30 min then take the lid off for an additional 10 min to get a nicely browned crust. I have a small electric meat slicer and I can get nice even slices that way. Pass the butter please. :)

It turned out great and the family really liked it! I usually use parchment paper too, this time we took a chance without it because we didn't have any. When at home I use a large pyrex with a lid because I don't have a dutch oven, this was my first time using a cast iron dutch oven. : )
