I asked the 35:22 question regarding the dogma of single molecule clinical trial. I am reaching out to existing researchers to see if they can complement their trials with multiple molecule trials. It seems to be a deal maker. So why not do clinical trials with several molecules simultaneously in a competitive way between two alternatives without any placebo (easier to convince the participants). I suggest Treatment # 1- (Hydrocholoroquine + azithromycin) with the alternative Treatment # 2 (azithromycin + zinc + singular + heparin). Two birds with one stone: Either we prove that the two protocols are equal (or one slightly higher than the other), or we demonstrate a complication / mortality rate very low compared to the regional average.
