Hybril PvP/PvE build? You kidding? This ain't serious! Since when is Sun Power expert skill good for PvP? Since Sun Power gives more crit chance and more crit dmg? Do you know any PvP player with 50 resistance stat (which is basicly the main stat anybody has in PvP equipment) makes 50% crit chance literally swap to 0% crit chance? In PvP Crit chance is useless as fuc. And + Crit Dmg is only worth if you use MM equipment. And Yet it's not only a none-hybrid build. it's sht for PvP and yet you are loosing dmg in PvE cuz instinct attack 1/4.

one thing is so weird , this seeker have to much skill points wtf , basic abilities have 3 skill 5/5 and one 3/5 so expert skill cant be have 2 skill at 4/4 wtff , he have + 1 extra skill point , how??
