I would never recommend Clayton to anybody. They build terrible homes and their warranty service is a joke. They also have what I would consider predatory lending where they put people in homes that they really cannot afford with very high interest rates.

Be very careful buying a home now, you could lose everything & never recover, most dangerous time in history, I bought 5 foreclosed homes in 2008, not fun to see these people walk out of their home with nothing, I met a few of them, there was 10 to 14 people at every home I went to looking to buy their home, I purchased through my realtor from the bank. Most of these homes were trashed & stripped bare. You can go under water very quickly it happened to my cousin, $600,000 home sold for $190,000, he now resides in Mexico with friends.
