Not helpful at all no direction or recipe on how to get stain out of the carpet, anybody with an extractor can do much more than a regular Joe with a carpet shampooer thanks for the time wasted

Thanks so Much For watching. Unfortunately, we don’t sell our cleaning products however I might suggest 3% hydrogen peroxide. That would be a 10 volume. As well as extraction. If you have some sort of small, portable, wet, dry vac.

You really should have soaked it 3 times with a ph strip after each soaking. the reason so much came out is that if there is not enough water for the uric acid to turn into ammonia, it will crystallize as it dehydrates. So when you soak the rug, you release a large amount of urine at once. But it might not be all that was in it. So soaking 2 to 3 times might be nessisary. There are cheap pool testers that can check if there is still urine present.

Do you spray when you are backing up? I spray pushing forward then suck up where i sprayed

Most of the time we spray backing up however when the carpet is really soiled we spray going forward and backwards followed with extra dry passes of course
