Rick Leach is, I believe, the only Michigan quarterback to beat Ohio State twice in their joint. You can’t spell “Columbus” without “UM”, after all.

This is pretty cool. Always liked Marshall. Funny to see him with a full head of hair. By the time I started watching him, most of it was gone. Of course, when I started watching him, I had a full head of hair. Now, most of mine is gone 😂 Thanks for the upload

Berardi bowled REALLY well on this show. But as the luckiest bowler in the history of the sport the breaks went more than his way in the long run.

I was 12. The best part was the ND cheerleaders crying.

Like or dislike, the always GENUINE AND SO LOVABLE MARSHALL HOLMAN. He is truly a JOY to watch in person. And, a great guy in many ways. Very pleasant, highly intelligent and I understand that he has a wonderful sense of humor too. A Roth/Holman championship match is what I was hoping for. And, the gracious AND hospitable Jeannie Hulsey Cooper too! Great, friendly staff at Forum Bowl. Chandeliers too. Marshall gave Jeannie a nice, friendly kiss to show his admiration for her. Or, so it seems to me. CONGRATULATIONS MAGNIFICENT MARSHALL.

I watched the game on TV with my uncle, who is a Notre Dame fan. To be contrary, I decided to root for USC. At the end of the first half, Notre Dame was leading 24-6, and my uncle couldn't stop smiling. At that point, I considered skipping the rest of the game, but he teased me so much that I decided to stick it out. I'm glad I did! In the second half, USC mounted an incredible comeback, scoring 48 points in about 17 minutes. The final score was USC 55, Notre Dame 24. The game was even more memorable because it was called by Keith Jackson, my favorite college football announcer. Because of that game, I have been a Trojans fan for 50 years! Eternally...Fight On!!!

Roger Craig pitched in the World series? He was 5-22 with 1963 Mets .
Joe B displayed such poor sportsmanship- no eye contact and barely a handshake. Old people (my age) comment about players today but at least they hug it out and show respect unlike JB.
