Magnificent and beautiful the structure of this song. Images a Vogue one of the most transcendental bands in my recent years of life. They have a theme quite directed to the mind and people. His great work with synthesizers and his lyrics reminds me a lot of the Spanish popsynth groups of the early 80s. How I love this great musical group. hugs from chili =)

The Vancouver Show on CKVU Channel 13 from 1977 to the late 1980s. Hosts Mike Winlaw, Pia Shandel and Laurier LaPierrie. The local musical guests that included Images In Vogue. Those were the days.

IIV came to a local high school in Brantford back in 85 or 86. Great concert! I clearly remember the opening tune "Promised Land". Those were good days ;)

I like the red Roland G-505 the guitarist is playing. I always thought that was a cool looking guitar. Sound mix is a bit off kilter. that Prophet-5 is too loud in the mix, and I'm not positive, and it sounds a bit out of tune too. Ah, the wonders of analog synthesis!

At least the instrumentation is right... plenty of synthesizers and a mix of acoustic and electronic drums. This is really only a few bad acid trips away from being Skinny Puppy.
