Before I read this, accidentally I noticed when at night I eat a cup of cooked chickpeas with my dinner, after 8 hours fasting , morning my blood sugar is around 90 or 100, normally it was about 130, I am diabetic type 2. It seems other than having less sugar in it ,it has something else hidden to us that lowers blood sugar

Cheney is a horrid little town. This goes for the local companies as well. Bene's and Eagle Bites and the list goes one.... Most of the businesses in Cheney are run by criminals or borderline mafia-style families. Cheney is largely a town owned and operated by evil people. one walk thought downtown will prove me right. we got prostitutes, fentanyl, drive by shootings, and the police are basically total losers who lie every time their mouth is open. good luck living in out terrible town.

Cheney rodeo is put on by a bunch of rich snobs with no confection to the town. nobody likes the rodeo... and nobody local likes the bar associated with them. This goes for Bene's and Eagle Bites and The Baziotas Family. Most of the businesses in Cheney are run by criminals or borderline mafia-style families. Cheney is largely a town owned and operated by evil people. one walk thought downtown will prove me right.

Their pastries make me cry, they're so good. If you're a baker, make your way to Seattle. Walk, crawl, drive, swim, fly there if you have to. Be carried in on a palanquin if necessary. You won't regret it.
