You don't need to loosen the strut bar at all I've replaced mine and few other never needed to loosen it..waste of time to do that

you do not have to take the cover with the wiper men just use a curved or banded ranch to take out the upper nut from the shocks. thats it broo

Photo shows a W246, but the video shows the W245. Rear suspension access to shock absorbers is not the same.

Υοu are aware that you could have deleted the bottle jack and then you didn't need a spring compressor at all. Would have been much safer for the worker at hand.
