That means that the fiber optic loop isnt functioning correctly. Could be a wire break or the Audio gateway (AGW) isnt functioning properly. I believe the AGW is the master component of the fiber optic loop. Is your radio etc working properly?

If im start the radio the amg logo shows up for 10 second and after 10 second shuts off int radio the otpical fiber shows red light but if i go to the trunk like in your video 0:19 red light no shows up

@@W219TONY can you get it scanned? I think the root cause will be mentioned there. The AGW knows which fiber optic components are in the loop and coded as such. If one of the components is failing, then it should detect which component it is.

Correct, they are your basic 12v fans that you buy for cooling your computer. Glad to be of help, they do make a big difference compared to the tiny stock fans

Dit is veeeeeel beter dan elke maloot een straightpipe gooien met een cutout. Niet te luid maar diep. als je echt dik wil gaan kijk je ff of je een betere nok as kan halen. dan krijg je de beste stationair geluid vooral bij v12 maatje.

Mine was a little different to your video, mostly the same just I had 2 of those 13mm nuts on top of each other and the second one was a bi*** to get off, and the e5 on mine was Philips which was a good thing cos I don’t have an e5 socket 😂😂 a great video though thanks for your help!

Nope, not at all. The CLS is well isolated and the exhaust note with stock exhaust is very refined. I ended up adding cutouts, but I cant really drive on the freeway with the valves open because of the drone. See: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHWkhICqbqx7sKs

@@tonistaru Yes you can, as long as you pass the yearly inspection (called APK) you are fine. You are correct, in reality I always pull up to the checking station and inspection is done very shortly after, so no issues are to be expected. SAI is for warming up the cats quicker so harmful gases are kept to a minimum. And most garages will want you to pass, so they let the car warm up or do some mild driving before doing the inspection.

If you have the other EVAP canister (with the solenoid attached), it can also be leaking on the solenoid. Also I read things about the fuel cap not closing off properly, causing issues with pressure. Good luck my man!

Not when the exhaust is cold. It will drone, especially with low rpm. I dont use it for daily driving, only when I want some extra volume.

Yes its highly recommended! I can finally feel something when its on. Apparently, when you aim the vents from the rear seats towards the openings in the back of the seats, it helps with the cooling. The front has 2 sensors (one at each wheel), the rear has 1 sensor. It's a bit hard to find, but it's near the rear differential

@@leodekleijn7712 er zitten 2 kleppen net voor de einddempers. Maw een deel van het geluid kan naar buiten zonder dat het door de einddempers moet. De kleppen zijn vacuum gestuurd en met een pompje met afstandsbediening kan je ze open en dicht zetten.

No program needed, you can just swap it out. In my case, I can swap the stock TCU with a tuned TCU. I would recommend to reset the adaptation values once you do though

@@NDPhotonl I have 06 Mercedes E320 CDI turbo diesel everything on the car checks out I have icarsoft latest version of already replaced the conductor plate and the conductor plug in the transmission everything checks out on the car fuses wires relays everything everything points to the TCM having some type of fault I was just trying to find out if I can just replace it with another one or it has to be programmed everyone is telling me I have to have it programmed

@@tonydiesel3444Just make sure it's the same version and applicable to your gearbox (probably also 722.6 5 speed) and you should be fine. Did you already try to reset adaptations? This is mandatory whenever you service/replace the conductor plate.

@@NDPhotonl it's been reset many times so the car can be driven but always goes back into limp mode sometimes goes into limp mode when car is just sitting and not being driven so you are saying I can replace the TCM with a used unit as long as the numbers match or closest matched numbers as I can find

Hmm thats strange, I didnt experience that. If you have a computer, you might also need to disable the navigation unit in the Audio Gateway. My Comand worked either way (with or without disabling the unit in the AGW and the bypass in place)

Lekker boeiend dat hij op deze bank laag zit ding loopt als een trein. Evt op een andere bank zetten om het te controleren. Misschien wel verkeerd gemeten. Wanneer hij op een andere bank ook "laag" uitkomt evt in de brandstof toevoer of koeling zoeken.

Hij loopt ook als een trein, 8.99 op de 100-200 seconden is daar oa. het bewijs van. Ik denk dat het een combinatie is van verkeerde versnelling (5 ipv 4) en heatsoak. Koeling zou in orde moeten zijn, fuel trims zijn ook netjes. Ga nog wel een keer naar een andere bank toe, maar heeft geen prio nu. Thx voor je berichtje!

Thought id add a verse,....standard throttle can be taken out to just under 64 mm.....this is a nice cost affective route as its probably about a £150 mod with the right person doing it for you....but results,strong......with the other breathing mods mentioned. Ive just done one myself along with removing tbe AC compressor along with shorter belt, plus 5° on the alternator pulley,super light plus 2° crank pulley to go with the 17 % charger cog and the results are really strong top end shuv. Is a bit yo-yo,e low down though but the completion will be the cam and tune with the injectors which should finish it off very nice. Already starting to feel the front end fighting on power....i think sweet spot on these cars is certainly no more than 250 ponnies if not a little less. Highly recommended is a throttle controller too, Windbooster or even the ones on ebay for £40 .....they transform the power delivery and feel like 20 bhp on there own

@@NDPhotonl did you do the split cooling mod yet? I think VRP sells it. Also, the dyno could just be inaccurate as well. Usually a dyno measures wheel horsepower, not sure what calculation this dyno would use to attempt to say that 457 is crank. 457 seems more like a wheel horse power figure to me, considering all the other data online.
