SF3 actually took it from a sample CD by Polestar Magnetics entitled XL1 Plus (track 89), which in-turn originates from Batman. The sample is also present on Zero-G's Datafile 2 CD on track 57.

Somewhere on the chins like 15 years ago I saw the name Nigel Peppercock and laughed at it's absurdity. I used the name for a burner email account thinking nothing of it. To this day I still get random ass emails from all over the world of people thinking they're emailing the actual band asking for merch, CDs, permission to use songs in a video, etc. it's hilarious.
