Literally the first time someone described a flying saucer was Kenneth Arnold and it was a misinterpretation of a crescent-shaped UFO. This is one of the cockpit views, I'm not sure what it is called. Most probably called helmet cam. Drive using the cockpit views available, you'll see that one of them does this. Then adjust distance, height and fov as per your preference.

It's just one of the cockpit views which does that. I set that view and changed some view settings like distance, height and fov.

1. If you want more help, add the throttle and brake visuals to the screen (HUD options).

2. Braking at Parabolica to start your lap; you brake at about 95 meters and you could be braking closer to the 65 meter mark.

3. Turn into parabolica a little sooner and make sure you hit that apex, you were a few meters away from the curb and you want to hit that curb every time.

4. Top speed down the start finish straight was 268 KPH, I usually get up to 274 so make sure you nail parabolica PERFECTLY to get max speed down the straight. If you're using more than rear wing 3, you're doing it wrong.

5. Breaking into Rettifilo at 155 meters is very early. I usually break at 145 meters (the white line on the track just after the 150 board). One of the biggest lessons I've learned so far is keep your wheels PERFECTLY straight while braking and you'll brake sooner. Even the TINIEST wiggle of the wheel can lose you a tenth.
