I had a crossrider pro with the anodised red. I loved that bike so much. Before that, I had a crossrider with suspension that was super heavy. I forgot what that thing was called, but I hated it. Gave me leg strength though.

@@re-rides that’s awesome. I wish I still had my Pro. I’m thinking of buying a Chimera electric BMX for a bit of modern retro fun. Maybe you could get one of those to review on your channel.

It's funny now how similar the Pro and Mach one were (and had the same frame), and how similar all three Performer series bikes were, yet prices for each model in the series varied quite a bit, and back in the day we made a big deal about each of them, and everyone wanted the top model. Also, oddly, the Performer was cheaper than the Mach One. Wish you could compare the 1984 and 1985 models. When the Mach One came out in 1984, it wasn't equipped nearly as well as it was for 1985 (though was stilll a great bike, as I had one). I think the Interceptor for 86 kind of took the place of the 1984 Mach One.

thanks for the video. Do you find that the rack is wobbly while driving? I feel mine is. It is very sturdy connecting to the hitch ball, so the wobble must come from the pads on which the bike wheels rest.
@re-rides
@re-rides Ай бұрын
Hey no worries. I have had a the other type of tow bar rack that slides into the hitch. Also a Thule. It used to sway quite a lot, especially with 3 bikes on it. I haven’t driven this one with more than one bike but I feel it is more sturdy than what I’ve had before.
